My current diet that is getting me cut up nicely

thought id post my current diet im using to cut up, it working nicely, thoughts opinions welcome:

Im a poor college student so oatmeal and whey are my main staples:
meal 1: 1 cup oatmeal 1 serving whey 1 tbs flax
meal 2: Myoplex Shake
meal 3: 1 cup oatmeal 1 serving whey (pre workout)
meal 4: 1.5 cup oatmeal 2 serving whey (post workout)
meal 5: 1 can tuna 1 large salad with fat free 15 cal dressing.
meal 6: 2 cups egg beaters, 1 serving whey

I hate low carb, makes me feel like crap.
im taking creatine 10g and glutamine 20g daily

additional: massive carbup binge day weekly, probably unneccessary, i eat till im sick

questions: more flax? amino acids?

recommendations?
 
I agree with steel....except not more veggies......some veggies. You don't have any!! Good lord. A big bad of frozen broccoli is pretty cheap, I would include something like that with about 3 meals per day. Good luck
