My "COME BACK STACK" LOG!

Ok guys,

So Today I got my:

CycloTren
Havoc
Post Cycle Stack
EphBurn25

I Already Have:

Taurine
Lipoflame
RawMCC
Cycle Support
Amp02
Liverator


Just Waiting On:

Dermacrine
Nolvadex

I figure I have everything I really need to get going. I know the Nolva is on the way and I can add the Dermacrine in a couple days late, thats no big deal!
Of course I have my multi's, EFAs, and all the basics covered.

My Plan Goes Like This:

First 30 Days:
3 caps CycloTren
Dermacrine
ECA/Lipoflame

Days 30-60:
3 caps CycloTren
3 caps Havoc
Dermacrine
ECA/Lipoflame

I will be throwing in some Taurine, Cycle Support, Amp02, and Liverator throughout the cycle.

My goals are to trim down some body fat, add some lean LBM, and basically do a full body recomp. If I can get my BF back down and add some LBM like I would like, I will be ready to jump right back into a nice clean bulker after this. :-) Hopefully!

I am working 7 days a week, open to close, at work right now, but Im still hoping to hit cardio in the mornings before work hopefully, and my lifting will be done after work.

With this crazy schedule I might not have time for a FULL DEATILED log EVERYDAY, but I will try my best to get something logged. Bump this thread or PM me and remind me to post if I get behind! Thanks!

Ok Guys,

So I started my full dose of Cyclo today, Ive been at work for 12 hours. Ok, Ok, Ok, I popped a cap of Cyclo last night before bed, cuz Im like a kid at christmas and couldnt wait lol. Anyways, Cyclo and ECA today, I just got home, Im eating some chicken and then going to lift some weights :-) Good energy today at work though! Made it through the whole day, sweeeet!

I'll post an update after I workout and before I play some Madden 09' lol

Cant do bloodwork this time, sorry. With me working 7 days a week, 930am till 10pm everyday, I cant even get a a haircut or change my oil in my car lol.

I will however do my best to stay up on this log.

Now for a quick log update:

Since it was only day 1 of the Cyclotren yesterday, I didnt expect anything exciting out of it. This was my first "heavier" day back, after I did a full body workout the other day to get my muscles lose again. I focussed on Back and Bi's last night, everything felt good, good focuss, but nothing INCREDIBLE to report.

Im getting ready to head in to work now, 9:30 till 9:30, grrrr, I cant wait till I get a day off, its been 3 weeks of this already and I have another week or two until I have anyone passed background and trained to work my store with out me, blah.

Im planning on just a cardio workout tonight, and chest and tri's tomorrow. I will let you know if this changes!

Legacy i added you im ryanrichy. Haha but anyway i jus got off cyclotren and it hit within 2-3 days. My best progress was DB military presses. Went from 55 12 times to 75 9 times. And i only had 3/4 of a bottle. I took sustain alpha and POST CYCLE after and have lost only a litttle bit of strength. Today i did 70 lbs DB military for 10 times, but i was a little sore because i went tubing the day before

Nice bro,I think the most dramatic changes are in strength and muscularity with cyclotren.A lot of people have gotten leaner and stronger and actually been heavier on the scale.Great product for lean muscle gains.I actually stacked it for bulking and put on some really good weight.

Id take it again but im only 19, i wanna build myself naturally for a while. IM about to do omegas project so jus intense training / clean bulk diet / supps like multi, glutamine, waxy maize and fish oil.

What stacks well with cyclotren for even bigger wetter gains?

You shouldnt run it again for at least another year.You really shouldnt have ran it yet because your body is still growing with out hormones.Take the healthy stuff for a while and I guarantee you will continue to grow naturally.

I know, it just seemed mild and too good to be true, but i understand that you should have a good NATURAL base before u start anything

doesn't matter how mild a hormone is. If you put it in your body, it will shut down your natural production. That is very unhealthy for maturing young adults. Stay away from it til you are older.

Got it, im gonna stick with Amp02/Lipoflame/RawMCC stack with multi, fish oil, waxy maize.

Well I just got off of work, Im about to eat some food, do some chest, and possibly a short cardio session since I cut mine a little short last night since I was so tired.

So far Im feeling good, no sides to report.

cant tell you anything about sweating when you eat, lol but it cant be bad....somethings working already haha.

I noticed that a lot with the cyclotren.Remember that its a trenbolone derivative so it will have some similar sides.It is very thermogenic from what I experienced.
 
Fun stuff...Well once again, I just got home from work and im going to try to get in a good workout.

Last night with chest was my first real chest workout back, everything went well, but I didnt push anything to far, just to be safe. Everything feels good today, decent energy all day, Im getting a little irritable but that can also be from my HORRIBLE work schedule right now.

Sooooo, how is everyone else doing? lol

Day 4:

Good energy all day, still randomly sweating for no reason while just standing around at work. I feel good still even though I was just on my feet for 12 hours, I still feel like I have energy to workout after I eat. I also switched over and took 2 lipoflane, spread out 3 times today.

ALSO: I got my DERMACRINE and Nolvadex in! Dermacrine starts tomorrow! Sweeeet! :-D

When you get those hot flashes think of them as a good thing,your body is actually thermogenic from the tzen and you are burning some fat and expelling water.
 
Alrighty...So im a little worn out from al lthis work, Im going to try to get a workout in tonight but im TIRED and SORE and DRAINED....I will let you know what I can get done. So far so good, strength seems good, recovery seems good. once my work schedule goes backto normal Im really looking forward to seeing how things go!

Is it possible for you to train before work. I am personally not worth a crap in the gym without at least 3-4 meals in me. I know after a 12 hour shift I would not even make it to the gym lol.
 
Energy is just not there tonight, I have a meeting tomorrow morning over an hour from my house so Im going to be up at 7am to get to a meeting by 930am then I have to go close my store tomorrow night...BLAH.

Hopefully starting next week I will get CLOSER to a normal schedule! I just have to survive the next few days.

Well I didnt think I would be tired at this point...I was doing alright, but the last two days I have just been tired after work. Starting Saturday I should be closer to a normal schedule, so I should be abck to full AM and PM workouts on most days! Sweeeeet!

Wow sorry I lost this thread,

I finally have a SEMI-Normal Work Schedule! YAY! Im back to normal shifts and 1 or 2 days off a week right now.

I did chest and tri's, followed by 40min of cardio afterwards and I was SOAKED like I had just gotten out of a pool. I took a shower afterwards and even after that I couldnt get dried off, I was still dripping 20mins later. I couldnt even apply Dermacrine because I didnt dry off in time before work!

Anyways, I had popped a CycloTren and an EphBurn25, I think I'll drop 2lbs just in sweat per workout lol.

Just did another CycloTren/EphBurn25 cardio workout today before work. Once again I took a shower and its 15min later and im STILL dripping...Holy Sweaty Crazyness Batman!

Getting back to a regular schedule at work should let me start making full use of this stuff before I throw the havoc in, in about a week in a half.

3 caps CycloTren ED

Starting September 11th I throw in 3 caps of Havoc ED :-P

Im also using 4 pumps Dermacrine ED.

You should look into StarChem labs Icon. Everything I have read on 11oxo claims it is the shit for recomp cycles. Icon is the parent hormone of 11oxo and it is not methyl. Perfect fir to this cycle. At the first of the year I am going to run Derma/Cyclo/Icon/Havoc along with a Keto or CKD diet and get absolutely peeled:p
 
It is 2-3 caps per day I believe. There is no reviews because it is a brand new product. Plenty of reviews on 11oxo though and Icon is supposed to be 5 times stronger.
 
So one bottle lasts 20 days?....I dont wanna drop $100+ to test this product on 2 bottles. JAM you shoul dhook me up with a buy one get one free on ICON and ill add it to this stack and review it :-P

I would bro if it was a hormone that we were putting out. Unfortunately this product is very expensive for us. To be honest I think that with the cyclotren and Havoc stacked you dont need to add any more anabolics to that stack if you are using it as a cutter. Usually I go light as possible on anabolics when I cut then load up on the heavy stuff when I bulk.
 
Yeah I know, there are NO reviews on this stuff since its so new. I hate being a $100 tester for FIRST reviews... :-P

Hey I am running a Cyclo Tren, Havoc, Dermacrine cycle in a week. I was just wondering why you are starting Havoc at the end of your cycle rather than in the beginning.
 
Running the methyl at the end after youve started to see results from Cyclotren would always be optimal. That way you get both compounds running at full strength by the end. Running Havoc in the beginning then dropping it out and just running 1 compound just doesnt make much sense.

Well Im doing a recomp...So im not really going to see TOO much in the way of gains this early, especially seeing as my work schedule up until this point really hindered some workouts.

I can say that my strength is increasing each workout, nothing EXPLOSIVE yet, but I wasnt expecting TOO much until I add the HAVOC. The cyclotren has me sweating all day with slight strength increases and some slight improvement in vascularity overall.

I will try to go more in depth later tonight. Sorry, Work really screwed me worse than I had planned in the beginning of this stack, but Im back on track as of this week and should be able to give a much better log.

Sex drive is down just a little oddly enough and aggressiveness is def up, I seem to be snappy with people VERY quickly lately.

Running it at 30 mg should be fine also correct? I tapered up to 30mg last time, the only problem I had was with some Lethargy. Looks like almost EVERYONE gets that is some form on Havoc. Im hoping the Dermacrine, Lipoflame, and ECA will be enough to help battle that this time, may even the Cyclotren will help change that a little bit.

Im on the ass end of the cyclotren/8weeks and Havoc4week stack.
Strength is way up. Added 40lbs to my dumbell presses. Gained 13Lbs lean body weight. No real sides to speak of other then the snappyness you spoke of and sweating that subsided about 2 weeks into the cyclotren cycle.
You should love this stack.

Started my Havoc a week and a half early, today. Going to eat some food and get some lifts in! Im backto open to close shifts at work for a week but Im making it a point to not miss workouts though.
