My CKD Diet log

Hey all, I'm about 215 at 14 percent or so (prob less tbh more like 12 but w/e) been dieting but swtichign to CKD tomorrow. Was going to start next monday but wanted to jump start it so going to go carb up tonight and go from Thursday-Thursday (figure first week ill be okay with a longer no carb period). Goign to write my shit here daily so please beat my ass if i dont. Going to taking ECA 2 weeks on 2 off (started Monday) and adderlin in the off weeks (if I can gotta check with lart)

Goal is to hit about 195 at 8 percent (if I'm 14 percent now, otherwise 8 percent at 200). Its tough to tell my bf because i hold weight unevenly. Before pic taken but cant get it off my stupid camera, will post more later


Anyway day one coming tomorrow!
 
Good luck from me too. I'm actually doing a keto right now, sometimes it gets hard but the results are well worth it. I can see a huge diff and I'm only on week two. Not to mention I think I'm actually putting on some muscle on keto which is always good. The intensity of my workouts has greatly increased. Might be because I used to train like a noob before instead of using the 3 set high intensity/weight program. I'd venture to guess I'm at about 17-19% right now. Trying to get to 8-10% before the heat of summer and bulk then. Let us know how it goes.
 
i've done CKD before so I have no issue with it.

I'm not sure if I'm going to keep a complete log or just a daily entry saying all the carbs that I ate and showing i didn't cheat...

well today my only carbs came from 4 pieces of american cheese. so like 5g

also had a handful of peanuts so add maybe 2g after fiber

all other meals all consisted of eggs/tuna/bacon/chicken/olive oil
 
Good stuff. Today I ate eggs, ground beef patties, bacon, cheese, 3 tbsp of fish oil, and macadamia nuts. I'm ready to rape some carbs tomorrow night.

Liftin MWFS and doing HIIT TR all in the am. I ate a bowl of brown rice on Saturday to try to replenish a little since I started last thursday. Looking forward to my first carb up :)

Eating lots of ANPB/Eggs/Cheese/Chicken and occasionally some bacon/ceasar dressing/hot dog/ground beef(with taco spices)

Hows the HIIT with ckd? I've been kinda scared to do it. I figure I need to keep my glycocen for lifting. How do you feel on leg day after HIIT?
