I keep myself well-disciplined. It is very rare to even see me grab a couple slices of pizza if anything... I don't usually get bad cravings and I drop weight like a mo-fo when needed. I just keep my body feuled and it works wonders. No alcohol, no nothing... I make sure that if I have something that I would consider bad, it is something very light and something I can burn off in no time. By bad, I mean pizza... I eat very lean burgers all of the time, chicken fillets, have small, turkey and lettuce sandwiches, bars, shakes, bananas... keep a good balance while taking in 7-9 "feulings" a day. I am quite happy with greens, lean meats and my "normal" diet.
I'm on day 14 of my diet lost 10lbs so far.. I've lost my size, but the definition is amazing. I'm debating wether to cheat or not

Want to learn not to cheat? Go 4 months without any shit at all, then try it... When you nearly die of a heart attack, you will never cheat again. Yes, this is what I did. I feel great these days.
The only thing I can think you are referring to is is similar to my story.
I once dieted really hard for eight weeks (which is not as amazing as 4 months!!) an then I had one huuuge mofo cheat day, I thought my colon was gonna combust.
Pains in my guts etc. i had to lay on a bed praying I didnt explode for two hours.
Never again, I'd introduce the crap back slowly next time.
