I got woken up in the middle of the night last by a cat crawling on by bed. It wasn´t the crawling but the purring that did it. Scared the shit out of me which in turn scared the cat which fled the scene on foot out my kitchen window into the courtyard.

Didn´t get a whiff of its breath, though.

I DO THAT TO MY DOG (A ROTTWEILER). I USED TO CUT THEM FLUSH WITH HIS SKIN BUT THEY WOULD GROW BACK TOO FAST. SO I STARTED PULLING THEM OUT. HE WOULD SNAP AT ME EVERYTIME. HOWEVER, I NO LONGER NEED TO DO IT CUZ THEY DONT GROW BACK. I HATE THE WAY WHISKERS LOOK ON MY DOG.

CATS USE THEM MUCH MORE THAN DOGS. IF A CATS WHISKERS ARE TOUCHING AN ENTRANCE WAY, HE CAN TELL WHETHER HE WILL FIT THROUGH OR NOT.
