My bulking diet.

on week 8 of a 16 week bulk.

cycle is 1000mg of test 500mg of Deca kicked off with anadrol.

diet :

8.00am MEAL 1
6 whole eggs
300ml orange juice
80g of oats
125g yogurt
banana
2 scoops whey protein




10am MEAL 2
Weight gainer shake
1 tbsp peanut butter



12.00pm MEAL 3
1 chicken breast
100g whole grain rice
Apple



WORKOUT

3.00pm
N2BULK weight gainer shake
10g creatine
10g glutamine

4.00pm MEAL 4
250g beef
Weight gainer shake


6.00pm MEAL 5
1 chicken breast
6 whole eggs
300ml orange juice
1 scoop whey protein


8.30pm MEAL 6
150g beef
1 potato
Green veg




10.30pm MEAL 7
2 tbsp peanut butter
1 tub cottage cheese
Banana
2 scoops whey protein

I have a very similar diet, are you still gaining? I seem topped out at around 103kg...looking to adjust or add meals?
 
yeah bro, am still gaining on this....you could add more peanut butter or udos oil for easy calories.
