my balls hurt

what should i do im curently takeing 50mg of dbol per day 2in morning 3 at night my 4th day i just looked at my balls and they got biger and they hurt it looks like i got a 3rd nut in my balls just a lot smaller i dont know what that is maybe i have to much test any advise how to get rid of pain or what else to do plz help

everyone posts about how to take roids, why its good, etc. but now someone needs advice and no one gives it to him, thats messed up. the only advice i can give you is to go to a doctor cuz i dont know much about this.
