would be nice to see some respons on this from someone who's competing.
My upcomming diet will last for 8 weeks, starting in the end of september. My goal will be to loose 1lb a week or so and try to add some size on the parts I ned to prioritate.
The traning will probably be every other day in the gym and every other day cardio. My metabolism is very high when I eat carbs but as soon as I start lowering them my metabolism decreases very fast, sad but true. Therefor I will not go for a low carb diet.
I will do morningwalks for about 40-50 minutes on an empty stomach for 3-4 days per week. If needed I will increase the cardio, but I will not lower cals that much.
For many prople on this board it might look strange to cut with medium high carbs and calories that would make many look on as a bulker. I will eat about 3500cals per day for the first 2 weeks, then lower to 3000cals for 2 weeks. After that I will bump cardio every week.

5g fishoil

Extreme Sallad(big one..LOL)
5g fishoil
5g omega3
5g omega 6
5g omega 9
White fish and some cottage cheese

Meal 3
80g rice(uncooked weight...100ml)
chicken, salmon, red meat or any other "meat"
Sallad, harri coverts
CLA
ALA
pre workout 1 hour before
30g slow GI carbs
30g protein from fish
When I start wthe workout
20g Casein protein that I drink during the session
Post workout
65g carbs from dextrose
40g protein from Whey
1½ hours later
80g rice
300g fish
sallad
2 hours later
as meal 2
before bed
sallad + 50g protein from fish
For me the weight training isn't a time where I should burn calories. I like to burn calories during the night and day, and when I wokrout I need the ebnergy for a hard session and the carbs fopr rebuilding musclefibres.
I will also do glutamine, creatine, 2 weeks Mauhang + caffein and then low dose Clen 2 weeks.
ALA, CLA, GLA, fishoil, multivitamines, avena sativa, e-vit, pantotenic acid, zink, ginger root.
