My 2nd Cycle! LONG CYCLE!!
I REALLY want to try one of those ultra long cycles. I'll tell you what I have and what I plan to run.
My first was 500mg Test E & Dbol for 4 weeks. I started at 211 and 14-15%, Im now at 220 11%. Cycle went great, got up to 233. Couldnt breathe well, so I cut.
I ordered:
60 mls of Test E 200mg/ml
40 mls of EQ 300mg/ml
100 tabs BD Dbol 10mg/tab
I want to run:
Weeks 1-5 30mg/day Dbol
Weeks 1-24 500mg Test E
Weeks 1-24 500mg EQ
Got shitloads of Nolva/HCG/Clomid
Diet is on the money (4100cals to start, plan to go up to 5000 if necc)
35/45/20 split on the diet.
Training is Powerbuilder style.
First 6 weeks will be 4 days/week
Bench Day/Squat Day/Deadlift Day/Arms Day
Will work on heavy lifts "Westside style" and work the appropriate assistance muscles on the given day. ie, delts on bench day...
Will go to 5x5 after the first 6 weeks.
I think the long cycle will give me extra time to adapt to being up around 235-250.
Ideas?? Opinions??
