my 2nd cycle (small one)

Looking for advice

stats:
6 ft 215lbs and 25% bf
decent diet normally (summertime is killing it tho bbq's and drinking)
weight training 4-5x weekly
cardio 5-6X/weekly

Gear:
currently : 3 iu ed of neutopin hgh (in week 7)
will start next few days : andro gel 1% 5 g daily (2 weeks)
after 2 weeks test cyp @ 1 cc once a week

all gear as prescribed by american doctor

have another visit to the doc in 5 weeks and was thinking of adding tren, anavar or dnp??? what would you guys do in my situation....

my goals: lose the body fat and lean out ... not looking to get bloated but i do want to put on a few pounds of muscle while losing the fat


if you have any other questions about me you can look at my journal ...


and pls leave out the obvious of my diet ... i know thats most important and i am working on it but i would like other advice besides that

Tsk TSK ! BBQ and drinking so i won't go there,but you are not going to loose bodyfat that way, see RADAR's thread titles,"so you want to build muscle & burn fat"
And I see you are thinking about adding DNP,Stop right there ,we do not even discuss that here ,its too dangerous and destorys your health, What ever happened to living healthy?
And drop the andro Gel Its worthless,get a test shot its much better.

I'm theough ranting i'll let others pput their 2 cents worth in.
 
i just say stop drinking,clean diet up,and u shouldn't need anything but what your doc gets u


ps you dont need any other advice besides cleaning your diet up and staying away form dnp
 
ok well my diet isnt horrible and mostly whole wheat products protein shakes lean meats veggies and salads .... but once or two a week a big cheat meal on a work out day and maybe drink once a week .... not horrible but i know it could be cleaner but i am getting married in december and having to do my family and friends rounds to see everyone before ... and since i have such a better body i dont mind going to the pool parties and what not

But what i am very curious about is test alone is fine ... are there anything i should be adding at all ... should i be asking about pct ... im not really sure what to do with that
 
well i have been much cleaner in my diet as of recent ... no drinking and when bbqing make sure i bring what i can eat

been on the andro gel (5g 1%) with the hgh (3iu's still)now for a little over a week ... feeling really good ... nothing major but some strength gains recently which i hadn't seen in months .... starting to sweat a lot ... not sure if it from the gear or the humidity but whatever it is im sweating buckets

dnp spoke with enough people now and realize not the way i wanna go .... anavar might be something i look into right before my wedding in December to shed the last few bit of weight i can but im very happy with what i am doing at the moment ...

question tho ... while still trying to lose bf% and gain the muscle how many calories daily should i be taking in to provide this effect looking to loss about 5-10 lbs of fat in next 3 months while on the cycle
 
I would agree with every one above :) :)

I think with hgh and just test you will be good to go mate with more arobic cardio and a healthy diet .
Question why are you on prescribed hgh and gel ??

Dont try and add other oral compounds looking for a quick fix cause thats all it is .

well the reason i got on the hgh was cause of it fountain of youth effects ... a friend of mine similar build went on it from a local doc and he lost weight and his figure began to change and he wasnt doing shit on it ..... so i wanted to give it a try and actually work out and have a good diet .. i went to the doc and he told me my levels were extremely low <.1 .... so id be a good canidate .... he also starting talking about the test but i wasnt interested at that time

about 2 months later after reading all types of info on how great the two work together and realizing i was at the lower end of the test scale (230) i decided it would be a good idea to add it in

im going to leave myself where i am for the next 3 months or so and see how things go .... feeling great already
 
i had a question how many calories should i be consuming on a daily basis while running this ... im at 2500-3000 daily ... would like to lean out ... is this too little too much???not really sure
 
I drop about 500 under my maintenance cal number , if you dont know what yours is drop cals until you see the scales talking .
