Well this will be my first time EVER cutting while using gear....I'm looking to get to about 205-210lbs @ 5-7% Bodyfat...I have had my measurements{bodycomp} and this is the plan for next 12 weeks or so...
test 500 mgs per week
eq 400mgs per week
t-3 starting @12.5 mcgs and going to hit 50 mcgs in the next few weeks...Will be coming off tren in a couple weeks and will get back on it about 2 weeks after that...I have already lost about 10lbs or so and my strength has actually increased...I will also being doing cardio 4-5 times per week @30 min each session...Diet as of now is 3500-4000 cals per day...And yes I'm losing bodyfat on it
...All carbs are low glycemic...All proteins are high quality and there is very little fat...Tell me what you guys think....
