I looked at what's in it, and I don't see why it wouldn't do anything but make you fat. Does it look to anyone else like it could work?

i just got back from GNC and was checking out that stuff. I thought the same thing because it looked like all the stuff thats supposed to help add mass is loaded with sugar. Plus you only get like 5-10 servings, and the cost seems high.

what do you guys expect? It's muscle-tech, they've been doing that for years... EVERY product that they have put out has been over-priced, and overhyped. They're protein is no better than any other, but way more expensive... their cell-tech is just creatine + ala but way more expensive.... add this one to the list...
