I think it depends on how your body reacts with the supplement.....I have heard great thigs about Muscle Tech, then i also heard really bad things about muscletech.

Muscletech all though price does make some good products and they are always on the cutting edge with research etc.

Went to store and they had a special so picked up some protein - seems pretty good so far. Always on the hunt for new or better product
