what does anyone think of muscletech aplodan? my research revealed one compound in it was patented. The other one's R-ALA(alfa-lipoic-acid)
The patented compound looks more like a drug, than a supplement. The patent registration info says it increases phosphate loading, to increase ATP
and CP synthesis.
