Recentally, since i have started my cycle i have noticed a increase in muscle tightness. Espially in the mornings and even more so after relaxing from a work out.
All i want to do all the time is strech, and strech big. (Yawn type streching)
This is kinda good i know, but sometimes i strech so much i actally hurt my muscles.
Is this anything to do with the 'riods or is it just where my workouts are more insane, causing more muscle breakdown - hence more repair ?
It`s just a strange feeling, wanting to strech out like every hour or so ?
