This looks like it's going to be a damn good read. I haven't seen many authors cover this much material packed in two volumes and rearing up to 1200 pages. What started as a simple article on westonaprice.org turned into a mountain of book!

Very fascinating to see what truths are uncovered and what nutritional legacies a lot of the old greats practiced. What do you guys think?

Word up. He was pretty damn defined and sporting a substantial amount of muscle. Check out the Saxon brothers diet toward the bottom of the article. That's an absolute fuck-ton amount of food!

Old school, that is what I grew up on (with some Brewers Yeast and Liver tabs)

"Saxon recommended milk mixed with raw egg after a workout, milk with oatmeal, cheese, beans, peas, and meat. He called milk the perfect food. "

These guys had great food staples. They knew what worked.
