Muscle Relaxer?

Is there a safe OTC relaxer that really works? Advil sucks and I am afraid the doc is gonna give me vicodine which will me me up.....any alternatives?

get at least 800mg of ibeprofen........otc.........unless you can get some soma.....

not otc, but if you can get some flexaril, thats nice stuff. Anything over about 30 mgs will make me piss the bed however.....I'm TOO relaxed.

ibuprofen works for me

200-400 mgs a day

never exceeding 600 in a 24 hour period

ibuprofen can work but it does damage your liver. why not stick to vicodine for now?

Must be nice to have a "choice" of Muscle relaxers (Vicodin, flexaril, etc) Not to sound "newbyish" but I couldn't get my hands on anything stronger than Ibuprofen if I TRIED....................I'm sore 24/7
