Maybe it's nothing but every time I'm off a cycle, I notice I pull muscles alot more easily. My biceps and quads are mainly the problem here. But i also hurt my pec pretty bad trying to get ready for a bench meet. It turned black and blue and I had a knot by the arm pit,
Anyway, has anyone else noticed the difference when you're "off"?
