Well I need some feedback....
I always drink a protein shake of some sort when I get home from doing an hour of weights (usually two scoops, water, and ice) just to tide me over an hour or so before I can eat a real meal...
Muscle Milk is on sale this week though but I have heard mix reviews on the stuff?!!?!? Some people say it works, some say if your a girl you gain weight because the creatine, and then I have read that it has your "healthy" fats in it too? So I was just kind of looking for some opinions before I give the stuff a try? Otherwise I will stick with my whey
