just wondering what kind of results you guys have gotten from it. im using it three times a day - one scoop of it mixed w/ 2 scoops optimum nutrition whey protien and about 14 oz skim milk. i've been having one shake as soon as i wake up(5am before PT), one right after i lift and one right before bed. so far im lovin it. i think its been giving me those few extra cals i need to put on more size. felt a lot stronger in the gym last week as well. anyone else have similiar results? one thing - it is rather expensive - anyone know a good place to find it cheaper? thanks for the replies.

MM is totally different than whey and is used differently. Compared to other Casein blends its actually rather cheap.

really? I didn't think protein powders varried as much, i guess you really do learn something new everyday.....Tell me more;)

I have tried it though and it is the best tasting protein shake i've ever had. Reminds me of the shakes they make at Steak & Shake mmmmmmmm:p

i use the optimum whay as well - mixed with one scoop mm. makes it last a little longer and i get i nice blend of proteins. it says it has some extra shit in it to help up natural creatine levels as well.....not too sure about that but the stuff sure does taste good.

The main difference between protein powders is the rate of absorption (and consequent release of nitrogen)....

Whey Isolate is absorbed extremely quickly (making it ideal for post-workout consumption). Isolate is absorbed in something like 20 minutes (not exactly sustained release!).

Caseinate and whey concentrate on the other hand is absorbed much more slowly...and is good for times when you want a slower release (e.g., before bed, or at times when you must go longer periods without eating).

Consider saving the isolate for post-workout - and consuming a whey/casein blend at all other times of the day.
