Muscle Milk - How does it look?

Hey, OXANDRIN, check this out: it's Infusion, by SAN - kind of similar to Musclemilk, but no Malt/Fructose and contains fiber; it tastes great, too, but since i've never had Muscle Milk, I can't draw a comparison line:

also, check out Micellean - the only downside is that it has no EFA's, MCT's..

IMO, this may be a good bulking supplement but certainly not for a lean/cutting diet. I immediately noticed getting fat using this stuff and it is no wonder since the high glycemic carbs, fast digesting protein and the saturated fat.

Yes, it tastes great. Yes, it is expensive!

But other than a source for getting extra calories, I dont see the value of using this. Just drinking whole milk seems to be the same nutritional value for a lot less.

The saturated fats are MTC's they are not bad.

The sugar - there is only 6 grams per scoop

I noticed i got leaner and stronger when i started using this supplement. I swear by it for bulking/cutting. it is a very filling MRP or protien supplement.

when I get back from break I'm gonna be on fish/flax/olive+almonds/walnuts+SAN Infusion diet. The only thing missing is coke and nicotine in my celebrity diet ;) :p
