looking for a protein shake to start my day. im not cooking at 6am i tried and it just doesnt' work out. is muscle milk the best choice since its casein ?

calveless wonder said:I blend it......it's not chunky, it's actually smooth but sometimes at the bottom the unblended part settles and you just have to down it all at once. I find that typically if you blend it for long periods of time you can avoid it but it's not 100%.
