Now, everything on muscle growth is theory. I've heard people say 24 hrs. between body parts, then Ive heard people say no less than 48...
Well, I have my own theories about the growth and healing rates of certain muscle groups. I believe that all muscles need different overload rates. I'm still experimenting on myself, But i've had excellent results with the classic 24 hour cut, and 48 hour bulk.
This is what I have concluded so Far:
Chest - Overload 2 times out of seven days in 24 hour increments. When overloading though, use very extreme amount of overload, say 4 to 7 sets.
Deltoids - Overload 4 times out of seven days. On a two day in a row basis. like monday delts, tuesday delts, weds rest, thursday delts, fri. delts, sat. rest, and so on. Very effective for cutting. If you love the ripped look most certainly do this for about 2 months. Your delts will look better than your biceps. less of an overload required.
Traps - 3 times out of 7 days. extreme overload.
Biceps - same as traps.
triceps - 4 times out of 7 days. Extreme overloads. 24 hour rest between workouts. Great for cutting and bulking. Use more weight less reps for mass, less weight more reps for Extreme cutting.
The rest I haven't got down positive yet. But i know for sure what I have posted has given me excellent results. Right now I'm working on figuring out what has best results on Lats, Quads, hams, and upper back. I'll post when I have a confirmation that my methods are producing results.
