muscle cramps with test e

So I just finished my first “real” cycle of test e 500mg EW and dbol 25mg ED. It went well but looking back I realize I was cramping up much more than usual. It has been 12 days since my last shot and I’m still getting bad cramps, so I’ve yet to determine if it was the test or not. Now I know it’s the summer so I always seem to cramp more but lately it’s just been really bad. Just wondering if anybody has experienced the same with test? I know cramping is mostly due to water consumption or lack thereof, but is it totally due to water consumption? I’ll be honest I don’t get as much water as I would like. Probably just under a gallon a day on average. I know that could be higher but is there something else here I’m missing? Thanks…

It could be from an imbalance of electrolytes,,,sodium,,,pottasium...etc...
Be sure your drinking plenty of water daily,,,maybe even have a few servings
of gatorade daily and a bananna or two.

Alin is right on the money. I had the same problem a few years back and my potassium and Magnesium levels were way off. I then started getting my blood work done before and after each cycle. I cruise now so I go every 3 months. Best of luck to you,
