Multiple Suppliments

If the body is not able to utilize a large amount of suppliments and multivitamins at one time and you end up "pissing" it away so to speak, then what would be ideal?

Splitting the doses throughout the day? If so, how far apart?

Say for example, you take the Animal Pak. That damn thing calls for two packets of 11 pills a serving, should one take the first pack in the morning and the second later? Since taking them all at once you would again "piss" all of the nutrient away. How about for a multivitamin?
 
exactly. I like to break everything up as much throughout the day to ensure I get the most absorbtion

You should only be "pissing away" the water soluble vitamins like B and C vitamins. I'd take one pack w/a meal in the morning and another pack later in the afternoon with another meal
 
You really should take the vitamins three times a day at meals. As you surmised the body will use more of the vitamins and minerals this way. Also you should be using a supplement that has all natural sources and Chelated minerals. (Much more usefull by the body). :artist:
