Multi Vitamin

What do you all think of the importance of taking a quality multiviatamin/multimineral supplement while cycling. I take one a day year round but the manufacture recommends taking 6 (pills) a day. How important is this while juicing?

Go to Cocksco, my bad Costco

I was always take one year round that exceeds the FDA minimum but my thought it while juicing I need to do megadoses cause the body is growing. I've been taking 6 a day (recommended dose) and so far the only thing is my piss is orange and my girlfriend is getting pissed ( no pun intended) cause she has to clean the rim of the toilet evertime I take a leak, even when I aim good that orange stuff kinda splatters. Seriously though, I'd be interested in what others have to say.

Like everyone has said you need a multi year-round. Just be sure you get a multi that has been tested to dissolve within a time period. Some multis have been tested and they were found to not dissolve for up to an hour, which would place the multi in your intestine where you wouldn't be able to absorb certain nutrients. I trust Universal animal pack and one-a-day. When i am lifting heavy or on certain "supps" i will take 2, one at 6 a.m. with breakfast, then i will break the other one up, half at noon and half at 6 p.m., so i get a steady intake.

Multi-vitamins are essential for someone lifting heavy or dieting. Life force by Source Naturals works great. It's one of the few that you actually notice.
