multi-vitamin recommendations

Hi everyone,

I just found this site last night and it's awesome! I've been browsing through the posts all day.

I'm looking for a good multi-vitamin and was wondering what some of you take or what brand you might recommend.

I take pre-natal vits. BUT, they are good for everyday use for anyone too. I was using Target Brand OTC, but for last couple months, been on a script.

I used to take Centrum multi-vit .... plus a Ca/Mg/Zn supplement and Vit C supplement (both from nutrition store).

I know many people here like GNC Mega Woman.

Sofa George told me to try Life Enhancement products. Very good vitamins.
