MSN kicking me off ?

Is there a way to disable MSN from disconecting me when i am downloading something overnight?

I'm no computer expert, but don't they kick you off when you've been idle for a while? If so there's programs (free ones) that you can download that sends a constant ping to them, this way it looks to them as if you're still actively using the computer/site.
