MSN crashes my internet connection when sending/receiving files?

Whenever someone sends me a file and i accept, or try to send a file on msn, it will crash my internet connection and i will need to reconnect.

Any ideas whats going on and how to fix it? I know of a couple of other people who this happens to (different isp in different states) so ya cant blaim the ISP. It has to be a problem with MSN.

and it happens on all version of msn :/

Do you have Automatic Update on your computer?

That should have any fixes for the problem you're experiencing.

Have you e-mailed MSN about it?

They have a whole tech support staff to deal with these situations.

yes i do, so i just dont send or receive files
