msm messenger question

If someone else has already installed it on a computer and uses it, how would one go about installing a second username, do I need to download it again? or is it a simpler matter?

You mean msn messenger?

Just get another hotmail or or msn email addy if you want more than one username. If somebody has already installed it just use your existing hotmail or msn email addy.

when you 'sign-in' just use your new/old hotmail address, it will load what contacts you have (or none)

The contact lists are stored on msn servers so you should have your contact list...although they won't be very organized. Just use your existing email when prompted on the login screen, no need download/install anything.
