Last week I asked what type of ratio I should use for my upcoming bulking cycle. I think you said 50/30/20? pro/carb/fat.
I'm wondering if I were to use the cycle below (as we discussed), would I still be able to lose some fat and/or lose another inch or to off my waist?
Prop 50mg/ed week 1-10
Sust 500mg/week 1-10
Eq- 400mg/week 1-10
winny (maybe) 50mg/day weeks 9-12
L-dex- 1mg/ed.. entire cycle
nolvadex- 20mg/ed.. entire cycle.
I'm just wondering.. I know I'm bulking, but I've heard people say they have lost fat in the process too.
