Hey,

A few little things.

First, I'd just want to let you know that the diet is going well. I'm currently in week 5, I've lost 20-22lbs and went from a 36" waist to 33". I feel ALOT smaller, but I still have some work to do for a smaller waist.

A few Q's.

I plan to run this diet for another 2-3weeks, then after I would like to bulk up. Is this a wise choice? I don't plan on making it a HEAVY bulking cycle, but enough to gain mass back but keeping my waist small. Can I do it?

For my carb-up days, I do it every sunday, but I'm wondering if I'd have a problem carbing up both Sat and Sun for one or two weeks of this diet? Will it cause any problems (fat gains)? If I can, do I keep my carbs/fats/pro the same for each day or divide them so it balances out for my usual day?

Thanks.

you can bulk up fairly well w/o gaining much fat.....
bulking cycle? are you using AS?

you might, it all depends

it will probably cause some fat gains because you're used to a 1 day carbup

if you do run a 2 day carb up, I would suggest going w/ ALL low-gi high fiber foods on the 2nd day
