hey whats up bro? just have a quick one for ya. i am on chinese anavar/winny right now. it has been 2 weeks of winny at 50ed and anavar at 80ed. strength has gone way up, and have also gained about 8 pounds. but the thing that im upset about is the "ripped" look that your supposed to get with anavar, im not seeing... i dont know if its my diet or what. i am 6', 170 and 8%bf. i have been taking in 3300 cals/day so far. could you let me know what you think i need to do? do you think i should drop the cals, or take 8 meals per day instead of 6, or what? let me know please!! thanks bro!
 
I don't think adding meals will help. If you have 6 meals now, at 3300 cal, that seems like a very feasible diet for your weight. You see, "anabolics" don't necessarily get you "ripped" they just preserve muscle while you diet, and add some lean muscle. You have to understand that taking anavar/winstrol, is by far, not the same as taking DNP or T3/Clen. It's a common mispreseption that "anabolics" get you ripped, but it's not true. (although they do have a lot of positive affects on your diet)
Try, 50/30/20 (protein/carbs/fat) from 3000-3300 cal.
Based on 3300cal:
1650 cal from protein (protein 4cal/g)
415 g protein day
990 cal from carbs (carbs 4cal/g)
250 g carbs a day
660 cal from fat (fat 9cal/g)
73 g fat a day

ok, thanks Mr x. if you have a chance, here is the diet that i came up with based on your recomendations. let me know what you think of it. i think its very good, but your the expert!! also, can i rip up with this diet while on anavar/winny? thanks again.

10:00- 2 scoops protein, 3/4 cup oats, 5 egg whites
totals: 530 cals, 60 pro, 40 carbs

1:00- pure protein bar, 1 piece whole wheat w/natural peanut butter, 1 piece of chicken
totals: 600 cals, 65 pro, 34 carbs, 20fat

4:00- 1 cup rice, 2 pieces turkey, 1 scoop protein
totals: 520 cals, 72 pro, 50 carbs

7:00- meal replacement shake w/1 cup milk
totals: 350 cals, 55 pro, 17 carb

10:00- 3 scoops protein, 3/4 cup oats
totals: 500 cals, 60 pro, 34 carbs

12:00- 10 egg whites, tbs flax, 1 scoop protein
totals: 50 pro, 430 cals, 15 fat

daily totals: 3130 cals, 362 protein, 180 carbs, 55 fat.

Looks great, just stick with it and you'll get where you wanna be. Do your cardio/workout and you'll see a much bigger change.
