Mr.X CKD question. Please HELP

This may sound stupid, but I need help. I have searched over and over, and I wan't to start a CKD, I just want to make sure I do it right so I don't quit. I graduate college in May, and I want to look my best, so here are my questions.

What are the major rules that I need to follow? ie. carb up days etc. and when to do them.
Basically I understand what to eat, and to stay under 20grams of carbs a day etc. I just don't know how many days to go and then refeed etc. And my main question is after I am done (only want to do it for a month) how do I go about not gaining it all right back? Can I just eat clean and exercise regulurally without gaining it back? Thanks

what you do is add complex carbs like oatmeal/beans at 50g +/-intervals a week per day...
example: week 1: 50g carbs per day
week 2: 100g carbs per day
week 3: 100g carbs per day
week 4: 100g carbs per day
week 5: 125g carbs a day
week 6: 150g carbs a day
after week 6, you can do whatever you wish

yes you can
