... and after I placed the order I was informed that it is out of stock and may not ship for up to 7 days. I wish I would have known before ordering that you were out of stock. My current supply will not last that long.

In the future, can you list which products are out of stock on the web page?

Also, after a certain amount of growth points, would it be possible to purchase Triple Threat at a discounted price. The order I just placed is for my 8th, 9th, and 10th jug yet I never seem to be able to catch it during a sale.

I don't get high. I put it on a credit card, and pray to be able to pay it off in time for the next sale. You should look to God for the answers

I have ordered several jugs of triple threat that were "out of stock." They still came pretty quickly to Virginia. Under 7 days most of the time. I to share your frustration about catching triple threat on sale. Almost evertime I order my jug, I get an email the next day saying that triple threat will be on sale for the next 72 hours. LOL

The last two times I have ordered Triple Trheat, it said it was out of stock. The first time, it came in three days. The second time, it took almost 2 weeks. I mailed customer support and they said they would sub the vanilla if I wanted to as they had that in stock, and that they were expecting a shipment of chocolate in a couple days. I opted to wait, and got it a few days later.

Point? None really. Just sharing.....Also, customer service was very helpful and answered emails promptly.

Well, I'll stay loyal to Triple Threat. It really is great. But what is behind the delay? Has there been a surge of orders? Do you work off a Just In Time inventory sytem?

Also, has there been any outside lab testing of the Triple Threat?

Honestly, we had a hard time getting our special cocoa that we use. But this should be corrected next week and going forward.

that is a nice offer George and we all appreacite that...however....if you could also fix the shopping cart to show if items are out of stock that would be better.

kronk and i were really in need of protien when this same thing happened to us....we only got 1/3 of our order and have yet to hear back on the rest......it was very dissapointing.

i will say that triple threat is the best protien that we have ever had (and we can buy wholesale since we also distribute)...we will continue to buy your products and support the site..
