Mr. O

New member
It looks like the Mr. O should be a good one this year. From what I gather Flex is trying to hype up Chris Cormier as this years Mr. O. Just wanted to know what you guys think. Also anyone heading out that way? Any suggestions on where to stay for a decent rate?

When you say Flex I assume you mean the magazine. I think that if Ronnie loses it will probably be to Chris. But as we all know it is hard to dethrone a champion. Ronnie will most likely keep his crown.

And Ronnie is nowtime on an Hydroxicut-anotesten-nortesten-acetabolan cycle to get a great cut while keeping gains!!!LOL

Ronnie uses that too? I thought I was the only one...lol

Does anyone know of a "decent priced" hotel near the Mr. O? I plan on heading up on Wed-Sat and the price for the Mandalay Bay is $180.00 a night.

Thats a good call,I most defenitely could see it that way,I wish Flex Wheeler could get his glutes/hams shredded,He would be the winner then,at least i think:)

Get off the strip. Try the Hard Rock on Harmon. Also, Excalibur, next to Mandalay Bay is running $98 for the weekend. All the jacked guys will be at Mandalay Bay, and Luxor.

Try the klondike inn, glass pool inn, cheap but has a bed, luxor is right next door, There are a couple more small hotels near the Bay on the south end of the strip with good rates and usuall vacancys

I found this at thier web site

Due to unforseen circumstances the
Klondike Inn is no longer in operation.
We would like to thank the many patrons who
supported and visited the Klondike Inn
throughout the years.

the luxor is where i am at.....it is right next to mandalay bay.....the cost for three nights thurs thru sat is around $500....its the best price that i found thats close to the Mr.O:)

Days inn is right across the street, vacation village is real cheap and is about 2 minutes away, koval and tropicana area is close too and there are a lot of small hotels in that area, $5 taxi ride away

It's final i will be staying at the luxor. The total came to 638.74 for those who want to get a room as well. Thanks bigpimp

My wife and I are staying at the MGM for 541.00, Ballys and the excaliber both good hotels are a little cheaper. The excaliber is connected to the luxor which is connected to the mandalay bay where the O is held. New York New York and the tropicana are also in a few minutes walking distance from the mandelay bay. We went with the MGM because rates for the mandelay bay were 1120.00 for the same time. We were also there for the USA and stayed at the Aladin that section of the strip doesn't seem to be quite as lively as the MGM end.

i know you guys will prolly rip me apart for this one but when is the mr. O ? and do they show it on t.v. live or taped and what channel?

i was at the state of texas championships this weekend and chris c guest posed and ronnie was in attendance but despite heavy antagonism by the announcer and chris he would not strut hid stuff. i think he has something in store that he dose not want to show. my opinion is for ronnie to kick ass like no other and you were right it is hard to dethrone a champion!!!!

no prob bro....myself and 8 friends are staying there....maybe we could all hookup and have an elitefitness mob:D :D

That sounds like a plan. If we can get George Spellwin to send us some EF shirts, we can sport those around!
