I purchased a 3 + 1 Platinum membership for 75th 2 weeks ago and was billed for it. He is now experiencing nonplat status. He was plat last week but that was because he was celebrating his two year anniversary.
I have gone through the EF support link system and nothing has come of it. If one of you could look into this problem, I would appreciate it.
