Great movie!
Now i'm not as good as AAP on producing creative, witty, inspiring, earth-shattering and humorous reviews (AAP .. feel free to add your own) -- but as a mere mortal, unlike AAP -- i can only try.
Very good flick. If you think it's another 1000 corpses rehashed. It isn't. Think more like Natural Born Killers. Very trippy (no acid trip this time, more weed).
Plenty of gore to satisfy the masses. Acting was grande. Captain Spalding (Sid Haig) was funny as always. The sheriff (dark haired guy who's appeared as a villain in so many movies, forget his name) did a fantastic job as a pissed off, revenge-laden sheriff out for blood.
The plot wasn't predictable and the movie never got boring. And the soundtrack (allman brothers, skynyrd, etc.) was good icing on the cake.
Definately a see.
