i'm glad.

Death would cost us MILLIONS, and tons of appeals for 20 years.

Now he can go directly to prison, and get his ass kicked by everyone. Since he's muslim hating everyone, even blacks won't protect him.

Not the same thing
 
This guy wanted a death sentence to secure his martydom for "jihad". Giving him life denies him that and now he rots in jail for the rest of his life. I hate supportin scum in prison just as much as the next guy but for this special instance I'll gladly make an exception.

Death row costs more than imprisonment.

And he wanted to die. Killing him would be exactly what he was shooting for. It is better to put him in prison for 40 years.
 
Years of sodomy and abuse much better punishment than making him a Martyr. To my brothas in the can, hit that shit bro.
 
Ah, the verdict I wanted to hear. Yeah, they will appeal his conviction, but not the sentence. They all do. But, giving him LIFE was a DEATH SENTENCE for sure. At some point, he will be in the yard or other area with other inmates. They all know his face. He is anti american and anti christ. you think the prison system will totaly protect him from people who, even in their surcumstances, don't LOVE the USA? I don't think so. I say he is dead within a Year from beginning his sentence.
 
Unfortunately he'll probably be kept away from general population but I hope they at least schedule a daily conjugal visit from the biggest bubba in the place.
 
He wont be beaten in the yard. He'll go into a supermax solitary like the Unabomber or Ramzi Yousef.

Oh DAM, darn, we all make mistakes. Within the past 5 years someone in protected solitary confinement took a walk in the wrong yard. Guess what, his term ended, as will this guys. There are ways and people pay.
 
They just denied his martyrdom. So now he's left with two options, rot in jail like a fat pig or commit suicide which would be a total shame for him and his buddies. Option #1 is going to be a living hell since he'll sent to solitary confinement, option #2 takes away any sympathy he'd have among the muslim community.

Usually, I'd agree with you and be like WTF ??? Kill that bastard but here, it's better not to play his game and turn the tables.
 
he was given a death sentence... he will die by the hands of killers instead.... but he will die.

He'll never see the general population. It's 23 hours solitary lock down for him.
