Motorola T193

Hi guys, I just bought a new cellphone, the Motorola T193, and I have a question to someone who own this phone...

this could be a stupid question, but I tried everything, I read everywhere, I read the user guide about 30 times but I can't find it.

my problem is : on my main screen, there's something writing : ROGERSAT&T, but I want to change that for something else. Is there someone here who knows how to do that ???

I'm not familiar with the carriers in Montreal - is Rogers your provider? or was Roger the name of the guy that bought it before you?

if it is the name of the company, then it is very likely that you can't change it. There are many carriers that when they connect to your phone, one of the things that they do is update that screen to show you what service you currently have (mine changes as I go around the country to companies that are affiliated so that I can still have continued covereage, but Voicestream doesn't need to have that many locations).

I don't have that phone, and I'm not familiar with it - but if you do a search on the net, there is literally a discussion board like this one for nearly every phone brand out there - Nokia is what I have and there are a ton - so there is likely one for your's too. Find that and then do a search there to see if they have dicussed this.
