Motocross Racer needs Advice

Guys,

Looking to get cut up and need some advice from you guys on :rolleyes:

Im 5'9 and 188 as of this AM..Not fat..with a 32 W...

I do x3 per week of MTN bike of 20-30 miles with HRT Mont...Plus
ride Moto x2 week and throw in some swimming

x3 per week workout for 1.0 hr at GYM with reps in 12-15 range
My Gym workout is great..Use Poly movements and weights..
Rest 1 minn between sets.

Background is College Wres and 10 years as Ranger

So my thoughts are some winny and Clem..any advice ?

Well, we're going to need more infomation.

Start here and then fill in the blanks for us.


Right off the bat I can tell you that it sounds like you may just need more training a keen diet approach. If you say you're not fat, clen shouldn't neccessary (not a motorcross racer anyways).

Anyhow, don't get discouraged because I know there will be a handful of people posting some tactless replies.

Clen is a giving me trouble trying to moto. Cramps!!! Makes my arm pump worse too. If you need to loose weight, try something else. But since your so active, diet should be enough. Most weight loss drugs make me weak and make it hard to ride.
 
What are your goals? Racing? Weight lose? Body Building? etc??? If your looking to get cut for racing you need a good diet, cardio, and a small amout of weight training. When I was riding MX alot I rode about 4 times a week for cardio and weights 3x a week. If your diet is good and your riding alot you will loose weight. Just the Winny and I would think you would be doing good. More riding and diet.

Race in GA/FL/AL....Live near RC....

Ride PAX, Dade City, Waldo and others..

Going to LLs ... Winny is what I want, But so many scammers

Its hard to :p

easy..I do a lot of Cardio and eat clean.

I've got the same type body! I can put size on like a freak but it's hard for me to lean up. I would get your diet around 2500 cal. About 300 protein, 100 carb...etc. and see were that takes you. Keep your cardio up and you will learn were you loose weight. Everyone is different. I've lost 25 in less than 60 days on that type of diet. Good luck!

Just a thought but why dont u send some emails to pro racers and ask for a copy of there diet and training program?

hopefully this helps ya my brother has raced semi pro motox x for like 20 years hes getting over the hill now but still does unadilla southwick and budds creek he is 38 and i know he rides 3x per week does 4 step cardio classes at gold 4x per wk plus he mt. bikes and runs like 7-10 mile 3x per week he doesnt even get winded after his motos and he runs 6 motos when he race in district 3 ( upst. ny) he is 5"9" and 160# with about 9-11% body fat he is pretty much a vegan but i think it hurts his staminaq without any read meat i know he just stays really active hes not super strong or anything i mean he benches like 225 for 4 or some shit but he throws that 4 stroke thumper around pretty dammn good i know in the winter he does alot of x ctry skiing if you are looking to use anabolics i know he had a lot of questions for me when he seen what i did after a good diet and only 5 weeks on 1cc a week he was really thinkin about it but he is a clean dude wont even take aspirin!! no joke but his wife is a nutcase so we dont talk much anymore but i know he takes top 3 every moto he races at the local events although getting to old to qualify for nationals i know john dowd does it but hey he is not quite that fast
i would definatley say just eat really really good and do a lot of cardio also if you have a sand track that reallty helps you endurance hope this helps ya
 
hey ninesecz seems like you have some good insight into winny. How are your arms as far as arm pump goes when you ride mild, severe or do you ever pump up? Im thinking bout taking some what are your thoughts. I was thinking about doing it the way you did it just taking 1cc and doing a ton of cardio and having a good diet. So any input and advice and also Dowdy does it, had no idea?
