Motivation Blow!

ok, so i jsut get back from the gym,, and MAN does this suck!
start working out,... cant even do my normal routine!
benching... meh,.. couldnt do all of my sets. let alone the weight, i had to drop down.

i dont know it maybe my muscles just werent in the "mood" to workout. atlest so i felt.
so i did what i could. maybe i over trained the prior session.
Tri's.. same shit. i dont know wtf is going on!!

AND, to top it off.. somehow in the past few days.. i've LOST weight!
im talking like 3-4lbs!! how the fuck does that happen?!!?

i havent done n e thing drastic! i was loading a bit more. pervious week i had done some cardio. i dont understand this. i HAVE NOT CHUB TO LOSE!! lol
little tire, thats going away slowly,. i dont see how this would happen.
i've always fluctuated a few here and there, but always increasing. i dont know how i lost so much!

can anyone help? or am i going insane?!
my goal is to GAIN not lose! i cant figure it out,. i jumped on 3 diff scales, and all the same! should i take a week off or something?!

Guranteed youre not eating enough, good chance not enough sleep too ;)
 
i've been taking it a bit easy the past couple days,.. i HAVE noticed a little size loss... so prolly is the water loss...
but still... its not like i stopped everything, im still loading at home,. shakes,. alterd my diet a bit,. cut back on more crap basically... *sigh* i dunno... im going to try and not stress about it too much, b 4 i do some more damage lol

trust me... eating and rest i got down! lol.. trust me!
 
you said you cut back on crap, a clean diet will make it tougher to lift, are you on a cycle at the moment?

This is what i will need to do so....
1.. Everything you have been eating for the past 5 days..... how much protein/fat/carbs and cals per day!
2. How much rest you have been geting. Hrs?
3. How does your training routine look. Number of sets and reps per body part.
4. What you are taking.(supps and juice(if any))
5. Your stats.
6. How long have you lifted for.
7 Your goals.

Im confident that after you supply this info..I will be able to help you...and so will all the other good bros here.

well.. here goes...

1. eating, Avg 3 protien shakes. 2 glasses of water,1 creatine mix
for food, i cant be too specific, its just lean, and healthy. lol more peanut butter recently, mixing flax in my shakes. Lean Beef, and chicken. veggies...withought all the sauses and crap, simmerd, boiled...

2. my Avg Hrs of sleep has gone up,.. i'd say 10 hrs nightly. * off work for 2weeks now*

3. about 4 diff ecersizes per body part, 3-4 sets, reps till 8

4. Isoflex, and Powerstack creatine.. i was on the nitro-tech cell-tech stack.. did nothing for me, and too sweet

5. avg LIFTING time,.. 2 yrs roughly, 1 -1 1/2years of knowing wtf im doing lol

6. stats. 6'1-6'2....roughly 160lbs....( not too excited about that, better then the 130 i was struggling to keep heh)


7. Goals... longterm.. about 220lbs. taking everything in stride ya know?

next 3 mos im looking for a 10lb gain and so forth till 190lbs.


*sighs* sometimes as fun as working out it,. it can really drain ya :rolleyes:

All those stats are ZERO FOR ME..ZERO...zip.... zilch ..nada...Nic..niet...

TELL ME HOW MANY CALLORIES PER DAY ARE YOU EATING..AND GIVE ME A BREAKDOWN INTO CALS/FAT/PROTEIN/CARBS....without that no one can even attempt to help you...
Ammount of callories is #1
 
I would say if you are a hard gainer i would eat at least 2,800 callories...although you might have an extremely fast metabolism and need to eat 3-4 thousand callories even though you are only 160.....maybe 5-6 who knows...
i have a freind who is a hard gainer....said he cant gain weight
i made him eat till he puked for a few weeks an ddrink monster weight gainers 2x a day ( each 3,000 callories!)....believe me he gained
 
BASICALLY EAT TILL YOU PUKE...THEN SUCK IT UP EAT SOME MORE GO TRAIN...EAT SOME MORE....THEN SOME MORE

Eating sucks at above normal enjoyable level sometimes(especially if your eating clean)
