ok, so i jsut get back from the gym,, and MAN does this suck!
start working out,... cant even do my normal routine!
benching... meh,.. couldnt do all of my sets. let alone the weight, i had to drop down.
i dont know it maybe my muscles just werent in the "mood" to workout. atlest so i felt.
so i did what i could. maybe i over trained the prior session.
Tri's.. same shit. i dont know wtf is going on!!
AND, to top it off.. somehow in the past few days.. i've LOST weight!
im talking like 3-4lbs!! how the fuck does that happen?!!?
i havent done n e thing drastic! i was loading a bit more. pervious week i had done some cardio. i dont understand this. i HAVE NOT CHUB TO LOSE!! lol
little tire, thats going away slowly,. i dont see how this would happen.
i've always fluctuated a few here and there, but always increasing. i dont know how i lost so much!
can anyone help? or am i going insane?!
my goal is to GAIN not lose! i cant figure it out,. i jumped on 3 diff scales, and all the same! should i take a week off or something?!
