It seems that people here do to much gear rather than eat, train and plan to make up for it.
This is not intended as a flame, but it seems allot of people here are suffering with allot of sides and there seems to be a lots of injuries that should not be happening. Most of you make up cycles done by the pro’s that you got from there friends, daughters, flatmate who once met them.
It seems that a lot of you seem to live in a dream world where doing 1000mg of test with loads of deca seems to be quite acceptable and normal. This is very worrying from several points of view firstly there are the health risks, the side effects but what is really disturbing is the reason why people are using gear and also such large amounts. Yes I have done some stupid shit and one or two stupid cycles but they came about from listening to people here and taking advice for people who have second hand knowledge and it worrying that young kids who want to get big or want to lose weight are given bad advice.
How many of you people here are doing gear just to look good? How many of you are doing over 500mg combined gear a week? I would say about 70% to 90% of you. You need to sit yourself down and have a think if you are to your reasons and are thy really legit reasons for doing gear. really if you dedicated yourself to train for 40 min’s every day or say 5 days a week and had a really tidy diet plan, never missed a meal and got enough sleep you would do the same if not better than having a crap diet not training properly, not eating the right foods and doing 500mg+ of test a week.
I’m sorry if your one of these people who is bit who eats properly and trains hard all week this post is not meant for you its meant for the misinformed people who think that they can just inject 1000mg of test and grow and keep all of there 15 to 20 lbs in lean mass it’s mostly water and fat.
Ok if those of you have a copy of the Chris report by Mick heart you will see that his some used fuck all gear in comparison to how much the average Joe here uses.
The most important thing is diet if you don’t put the right stuff in you wont get the right stuff out the cleaner you eat the better and the higher quality your gains will be and the lass water and fat you will hold.
The food groups you want lots of are fish, white meat, red meat, green vegetables, oats, flat breads, oily fish like tuna, pilchards, egg whites, rice, pasta, fruit etc etc the list goes on basically all basic food groups with no high levels of fats but natural fats.
Avoid fatty foods cheese, milk etc anything processed generally contains a lot of shit the cleaner you keep your diet the less spots and sides you will have.
Your diet should contain approximately 45% from carbs 45% from protein 10% from fat Non saturated if you can this ratio has worked for me and everyone else I have trained with. However this can be changed to suit your needs.
NEVER MISS A MEAL its very important to get your body used to taking in food on a regular basis and to not miss a mean I find eating every 2hours small meals works like a dream both when bulking up and loading.
Next your training this is hard because you again only get out what you put in if you train hard down the gym you will get the results out of the gym providing your body is getting what it needs to build muscle food and rest. Also if you down the gym any longer than 40mins your starting to go catabolic I only train for about 30mins than some cardio when I’m dieting down. But people I know who compete only train for about 30 to 40mins on weights a day. There are lots of good mods here who will help you with a training plan I’m sure.
Lastly your gear now if you have your diet, training and are getting enough sleep you will grow now if you introduce say 250mg of sust and 200mg of deca 1 jab of sust a week and 2 jabs of 100mg of deca every 3 days you will grow like fuck.
Normally as a man we produce about 7 to 9 mg of test a day now your putting 250mg that’s over 25 times the normal amount of test for your body to use then the 200mg of deca on top of that just think about it that’s about 40 times the amount of test in your body.
Now at these low amounts your not going to get as bloated or conversion of test to estrogen so your not going to get so many sides also because your diet is clean your body also has less shit to get rid of and process.
Please take a look at yourselves and think about what your doing yes by all means we all want to look good everyone does but it takes time a quick fix is just that a quick fix. I don’t know how many of you will actually take this in but I did not realise until about 6 months ago what im telling you know I can believe the cash I have wasted on gear when I could have done half of what I did and got the gains I wanted.
