It seems that how you are supposed to run gh keeps changing all the time. For a while it was 5 days on, 2 off, now a lot of people are saying 7 days a week is best.
So whats the deal, 5 or 7 days, and does it make a big difference if you split it into morning and night shots?
I am adding jintropin gh to my bulking after my show and want to make sure I do it the most effective was possible for mass gains. Will also be using insulin, have only done humalog in the past, but didnt get squat so am looking at some of the longer acting ones
