1) Tom Green. He's had one semi-funny moment in a movie, otherwise he's about as amusing as an ingrown toenail.

2) Howard Stern. If there was ever a reason for birth control, he's it.

Honorable mention goes to that asshat "Bob" in those stupid "Enzyte" commercials. I would love to see someone wipe that stupid grin off his face with a coal shovel.
