hi guys...just wanted to know what y'all r eating for b'fast? I like fruit, yogurt, eggs etc and tend to stay away from grains. Wondering if you guys could give me ideas for tomorrow..

eggs, turkey pattie & broccoli.

Normally I'd say 3 egg whites + 1 whole egg + 1/2 c oatmeal, but I'm on a comp diet & no oatmeal.
 
Take a cereal bowl...add 2 tablespoons of non-fat cottage cheese, 1.5 scoops of whey protein, a dash of milk, a small handful of raisins and about 1/6 cup of whole grain cereal for fiber and texture. As long as you aren't lactose intolerant, it is a good change from scrambled egg whites, etc.

Hmm. That sounds pretty yummy, actually! What about all the sugar?
 
Just some milk sugars and natural sugar from raisins. Cereal is high fiber whoole grain stuff bought in healthy section of grocery store with no added sugars, etc. Morning is OK for some naturally occuring sugars, you need protein and carbs a.m. after your 8 hour fast (sleep).

I have eggs most mornings -- omelettes usually with whatever leftover meat I have -- like chicken, steak, etc + veggies....
 
1/2C egg whites, 1C oatmeal this is competition diet, off comp I'll add in some berries, and the oatmeal would be made with half a cup of skim milk, instead of just water...
 
I officially hate egg white or any kind of egg product. So now what?? Right now I'm drinking 1 serv. Nectar protien (No carbs), and 1/2 c. of oatmeal, or 1 slice wheat bread with peanut butter.
 
Protein shakes, cottage cheese with fruit maybe, oatmeal w/berries, miss 24k's protein pancakes are really good too, also you could try the "egg cups" that are on the recipe thread(can't remember who posted) Not a lot of choices unless u don't mind eating other type foods for *breakfast*. :)

Protein source can come from anything - chicken, beef, etc. You do not have to eat eggs. Real food is best - it is more anabolic.

My favorite breakfast is protein pancakes: 4 egg whites, 1/3 cup oats, 1 splenda, cinnamon, 1/2 scoop protein powder. mix it all together and cook it in a skillet like pancakes. I drizzle a little sugar free syrup on top.
