morning after pill question

A'ight you bitches. (and bitchettes)

Regarding the morning after pill. I see a sign in the pharmacy saying that only females can come in and request it. They have to show ID and shitz. This is to stop guys from getting it and giving it to someone else (unaware or whatever)

My question... how do they make sure the females aren't getting it for someone else? Like their 12 year old sister from Alabama or something? Or for a vengeful plot against their arch nemisis?

Do they make the girl take the pill at the counter in the pharmacy while they watch?

What state is that in? As far as I know, anyone can buy it. Maybe like a Sudafed product, you have to sign a federal registry, but I wonder if the place you went to, is owned by a Mormon or for some reason wants to make it hard to get the morning after pill? I bet the condoms are locked up at that store too...

I am pretty sure anyone can buy it, and I know that guys can buy it here. I am also in Indiana, so our laws might be different....

I just picked up some things at Sav-On in Ventura County, CA, and I asked the pharmacist about the Morning After Pill (NOT the Ru-486 abortion pills, but the one that's just an extra-powerful contraceptive pill)... He says there aren't any CA laws one way or the other, and it's like syringes & needles here: Up to the discretion of the pharmacist to sell or not sell to any customer. He said he'd sell me one no problem, but happily my wife's on Depo, so we aren't worried.

I'll trade the ability to buy insulin & syringes over-the-counter any day, for the ability to buy real bug spray, real paint,, halon fire extinguishers, a gas can that pours gas into my bike in stead of into my boots like the CA enviro-crap gas cans do..... or a new Diesel VW.... None of those things are available in CA. Every time I commute by car from Dallas to LA, I take orders for paint and pesticides, and make runs. Trouble is, nobody in TX wants anything from CA except the weather. They sure don't want the laws or the rude left lane poking, phone-jabbering slow drivers in Priuses brought in from CA!

you think people drive slow in CA? lol. I moved here from WA state 8 years ago and everyone was driving an average of 80 MPH. I thought it was great.

In WA, people mostly go the speed limit on freeways/highways which is anywhere from 55 in cities/towns to 75 in areas where there's basically nothing (rarely). You go more than 5 over and you can bet there is a cop (in any make/model of unmarked car) waiting to ticket your ass.

In SoCal, nobody really gives a shit. You go less than 80 and people are 3 feet from your rear bumper. I was going 90 once on the 5 through La Jolla, and a CHP went by me going probably 95...with no lights or sirens. He glanced at me as he went by, but that was it.

In general, there are two types of drivers in CA; ones like me who have no arrest warrants, and we drive over the speed limit as conditions safely allow.... And the others who think the speed limit should be 35 nationwide so as to save our precious environment. They do whatever they can to force traffic to slow down, which causes anger, accidents, unsafe passing, and even shootings.

It's the ones who think they're your father or even think they're God Himself, and they pull their little greenie Prius into the left lane and go 54; and they align themselves with the car in the next lane so you can't pass. They can all go 17 with my blessings........ IN THE SLOW LANE! But if I want to go 75 in a 65 on a nice clear day, it's MY ticket if I get caught, and it's not up to the greenie in the Prius to run interference on me. I will never be annoyed with a driver going slowly in the right lane, but I get pissed when they decide they need to make me save gas by going 10mph below the limit. When I finally do get a chance to pass, I floor it in front of them and blast a nice, thick, acrid, black, oily coat of Diesel exhaust all over their Prius  .

In EVERY OTHER STATE in which I've driven, you DON'T TURTLE ALONG in the left lane.... It's rude. You use it for passing only, and you pull over immediately if someone faster is approaching. It doesn't matter if the speed limit is 45 and you're in the left lane going 110, you're still supposed to pull over and obey the fundamental traffic law "Slower Traffic Keep Right". It doesnt' say "Slower traffic keep right; unless you're at the speed limit".
