Unfuckingbelievable.
I can't help but be reminded of when that kid got suspended for breaking the "zero-tolerance" policy on bringing weapons to school. He brought a toy gun to school. Arguable maybe, but this wasn't just any toy gun. It was one of those miniature GI Joe guns...the kind that are supposed to fit in GI Joe's kung fu grip!!!
What the hell happened to common sense? We used to have it, didn't we?

Its shit like this that, I think, will make america pussy. I mean look, we are punishing kids because they are pretending to drink? What the fuck is that? In other parts of the world little kids handle weapons. We are turning into pussies here and it will be our demise. The world is a hard place to live and people have to realize we can't live in a shell that we try to make for ourselves...
when i was in high school there was a guy that got expelled for brining a pair of needle nose pliers to school, even though the shop teacher asked him to. this was about 5 years ago too, i can only imagine what would have happened to him if it was today, probably would have gotten the chair.

ONE CANNOT BE CONVICTED ON THINKING OR SAYING SOMETHING. ONE GUY, WHO WAS ON PROBATION FOR SEXUAL OFFENSES, GOT ARRESTED FOR WRITING IN A JOURNAL. NOW I AGREE, ANYONE WHO DOES SHIT TO KIDS SHOULD BE SHOT BUT THIS WAS A LITTLE INVASION OF HIS CIVIL RIGHTS.
HE WROTE IN HIS JOURNAL THAT HE HAD FANTASIES ABOUT KIDS. WELL, HIS P.O. FOUND IT AND READ IT DURING A REGULAR MEETING WITH HIM. HE WAS ARRESTED, VIOLATED (NO, NOT RAPED YOU FAGS. VIOLATED PAROLE!!!), AND SENT BACK TO JAIL FOR SOMETHING LIKE 20 YEARS.
THIS GUY DIDNT DO ANYTHING WRONG. HE SIMPLY WROTE IN A JOURNAL.
JUST FOR THE RECORD, I THINK HE SHOULD BE SHOT FOR BEING A PEDOPHILE BUT THATS NOT THE POINT. IF THIS CAN BE DONT TO HIM, IT CAN BE DONE TO ANYONE.
