i'm 29 6'1 170lbs. just started my first cycle. i only have test e. wondering if i should start at 250 at week or 500. also what kind of gains should i expect. i'm eating alot of protein and training hard. gonna go 8 weeks and then taper off. thanks.

Bro I already posted on your other thread. 500 mgs a week and there's no need to taper. Just eat enough, train hard, and get enough rest. It's nothing to be confused about.
 
"If asking for advice on any sort of AAS or the like please include the following information:

1 - Age
2 - Lifting History
3 - Height
4 - Weight
5 - Estimated BF% (Or at least, lean/think/fat etc...)
6 - Diet
7 - Goals
8 - Proposed cycle (To show that you've at least done a little homework.)

This info is important to allow use to help you out... it's kind of like a doctor giving a consultation to someone on the phone. Without this info, it's difficult to asses peoples' needs... and isn't that great to give half-baked advice based solely on assumptions... I was a newbie once, and it tends to get peoples' goat seeing similar questions being asked... people on the board can be a little testy (no pun intended), and it will just help you get help more quickly..."
