What is a Catechin?
Which Catechin(s) are important? EGC, EGCg, ECg, EC?
I talked to someone and from what i've read EGCg seems to be the important one but why, what does it do.

Is green teas effectiveness dose graded or does the effectiveness taper off rapidly after a certain dose? If so what dose is the general for maximum efficiency (most potency)?
